If you need solutions to church problems such as your church not growing spiritually, lacking spiritual maturity especially among your leaders, void of the zeal of God and a hunger for His Word, you have come to the right site.
We often hear about the Holy Spirit as our Counselor and Comforter, but do we really understand the far reaching effects of His Counsel. I have given this much thought over the years, and what I have finally realized, this description of counsel would take on a different viewpoint for every believer, and this would depend greatly on your depth with God, your experiences with Him and grounding in not just His Word but His Ways as well. A newer believer would understand Him as their counselor in quite a different and actually, more limited way, than a well-seasoned well-grounded believer would understand His Work. Actually, these would know Him as their advocate-attorney, and this needed for the one on any serious and even life-threatening mission for Christ.
I value the Holy Scriptures like a treasure to unfold. They are applicable for real life matters, as well as strengthening the inner man with power. They my Bread of Life, feeding my spirit while transforming me day by day. Anyone who knew my past would hardly recognize me now. The Word of God has made me "wiser than my enemies (Ps. 119:98)" and I expect even more of the same as I continue to embrace the riches of God's Word.
